By using our services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any consequences, legal or otherwise, resulting from the use of the provided software. The user assumes all risks related to the use of third-party software.
3. Limitation of Liability
We disclaim all liability for any damage or legal consequences that may result from the use of software or tools purchased on our platform.
We do not guarantee that our tools are undetectable by game developers or other third parties. The use of any tool is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any action taken against your account, including bans, suspensions, or other sanctions.
4. Reviews and Disputes
If you leave a negative review without valid reason or without first contacting our support, you may be blacklisted from our store, and all your purchases may be revoked.
Any attempt at a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our services, and we reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
5. Product Delivery
Once the product has been sent to the email address you provided, we are no longer responsible for it. Make sure your contact information is correct before finalizing your purchase.
6. Payment Terms
All payments made via PayPal must be sent as “Friends and Family.” Otherwise, we reserve the right to refund only 70% of the purchase amount due to associated fees and disputes.
